For the purpose of the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (as amended) (the “Acts”), the data controller is Change is Good, Reg, No. 4390122F. We are also obliged to inform you according to applicable personal data protection EU Regulation No. 2016/679 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
1.1.1 Information you give us
You may give us information about you by filling in details on pages or forms on our Site, by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our Site, subscribe to a service available via the Site, place an order on our Site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our Site (to the extent made available by us) and when you report a problem with our Site. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. 5. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
5.1 Where you have chosen (or where we have given you) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
5.2 Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site which you transmit at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will apply procedures and use security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We generally keep our data for 5 years.

6.2 You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us. You may also have the right to rectify, block or erase your personal data to the extent that it is inaccurate. Subject to applicable law, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data as soon as practicable. There may be a charge for such a request (which will not be higher than an amount permitted by applicable law, currently €6.35). 6.3 If your personal data held by us is inaccurate, you should inform us in writing and we will make the necessary amendments, erase or block the relevant personal data as requested by you and notify you without delay of such request that the relevant action has been taken.
