For the purpose of the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (as amended) (the “Acts”), the data controller is Change is Good, Reg, No. 4390122F. We are also obliged to inform you according to applicable personal data protection EU Regulation No. 2016/679 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
1.1.1 Information you give us
You may give us information about you by filling in details on pages or forms on our Site, by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our Site, subscribe to a service available via the Site, place an order on our Site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our Site (to the extent made available by us) and when you report a problem with our Site. The information you give us may include your name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, payment card information.
1.1.2 Information we collect about you
With regard to each of your visits to our Site we may collect the following information (which is optional for you to disclose it, or we will clearly indicate whether the information is mandatory):

(b) information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) click stream to, through and from our Site (including date and time); products and / or services you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or other services we provide. (a) business partners, product and services suppliers (including our card payment processors) and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you;
(b) advertisers and advertising networks that require the information to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience; and
(c) analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Site.

(b) if Change is Good or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers may be one of the transferred assets; or
(c) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use Terms of Service, or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Change is Good, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
4.4 Disclosure or transfer under clause 4.3(a) or clause 4.3(b) above will not alter your rights in respect of the use that can be made of personal data by the successor or acquiring third party.

5.1 Where you have chosen (or where we have given you) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
5.2 Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site which you transmit at your own risk. 5.3 We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. However, we might be required to retain your information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep our data for 5 years.

6.1 You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. 6.2 You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us. You may also have the right to rectify, block or erase your personal data to the extent that it is inaccurate. Subject to applicable law, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data as soon as practicable. There may be a charge for such a request (which will not be higher than an amount permitted by applicable law, currently €6.35).
